HACT - Supporting People National Programme 2007
Commencing with our work with the Children, Young People and Families Consortium in Rotherham, we are now supporting them as one of only 6 Pilots in the current HACT National programme.
The work being done in Rotherham is leading the way for other third sector organisations to enter into commercially-focused arrangements to bid for up-and-coming Supporting People contracts.
Design it Different
Created and trade marked by DHRinterim, Design it Different is an interactive workshop-style activity.
Capable of being delivered over 1, 2 or 3 days, a Design it Different Event can take between 8 and 50 delegates on a journey through which they design for themselves new, innovative and novel 'services'.
The basis of a Design it Different Event is to take delegates 'outside of their comfort zone' - it starts with delegates being told that they are working for a new organisation from the moment they arrive at the Event ... they are given job roles in that new organisation and they are advised that the gathering has to solve a problem in that new organisation.
What happens from then on is totally in the hands of the delegates ... although DHRinterim facilitators (equipped with appropriate gadgets related to the fictitous organisation, roles and task) are always on hand to give advice, coaching and assistance.
