DHRinterim have been engaged since January 2007 to provide bid writing capacity, case study development, and training to this Industrial and Provident Society who deliver accommodation-related support services to people with learning disabilities, nation-wide.
The contract to support Dimensions was initially for 8 weeks, to assist them with a large, individual bid.
However, this was quickly extended for a further 12 months to March 2008. During that time, DHRinterim provided 100 days support, and has assisted Dimensions in over 10 individual tenders, as well as working with the Central Bid Team to review and streamline tender processes inside the organisation.
A further extension to October 2008 has now been agreed, which sees DHRinterim providing a programme of training for Regional Directors and other key bid staff - concentrating on the development of both bid writing and bid presentation skills, to continue Dimensions' success in winning tenders.
In addition, DHRinterim will be providing further case study development time so that the organisation can readily capture and share its growing knowledge and expertise, in written form, as evidence to support future tender submissions.
