WCVA, in partnership with DHRinterim, piloting a series of 4 tendering master classes across Wales.

These intensive ½ day skill-builder workshops focused on improving the practical skills and knowledge of voluntary and community organisations in Wales working in the areas of health and social care, economic inactivity or worklessness.

The workshops were aimed at  individuals and organisations for whom tendering was not new; those who have undertaken a level of tendering activity and have identified a need to increase their skills and capabilities.

‘Structuring & Writing Competitive Tenders’  explored tools and techniques to maximise your success in tendering.

‘Competitive Tender Presentations’ explored how to present an effective bid and give an insider view into really ‘selling’ your tender by bringing it to life.

Mae WCVA, mewn partneriaeth â DHRinterim, yn cynnal cyfres beilot o ddosbarthiadau meistr tendro ledled Cymru.

Bydd y gweithdai “skill-builder” ½ diwrnod dwys hyn yn canolbwyntio ar wella sgiliau ymarferol a gwybodaeth mudiadau gwirfoddol a chymunedol yng Nghymru, sy’n gweithio mewn meysydd iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol, neu gweithgarwch economaidd / bod heb waith.

Mae’r gweithdai wedi’u hanelu at yr unigolion a’r mudiadau hynny sydd eisoes yn gyfarwydd â thendro, y rhai hynny sydd wedi ymgymryd â lefel o weithgarwch tendro ac sydd wedi gweld angen i gynyddu eu sgiliau a’u gallu.

Bydd ‘Strwythuro ac Ysgrifennu Tendrau Cystadleuol’ yn edrych ar becynnau cymorth a thechnegau i wella’ch siawns o lwyddo gyda’ch tendr.

Bydd ‘Cyflwyniadau Tendrau Cystadleuol’ yn edrych sut ddylid cyflwyno bid effeithiol a chynnig profiad uniongyrchol o fynd ati i ‘werthu’ eich tendr drwy roi bywyd iddo.
