Jane Price
Jane has been managing staff in NHS and other organisations for over 20 years, and regards supporting others to achieve as one of the greatest privileges of working.
Her greatest strength is working through multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams to achieve sustainable change; and she has extensive experience of both project and programme management using PRINCE and other tools and techniques.
Jane can demonstrate excellent leadership skills in working with a team; utilising her preference for leading by personal example as a means of motivating and coaching those who work with her.
Through teaching, presentations, negotiation, resolving complaints and disputes, staff appraisal and feedback, mentoring and writing for a variety of audiences including publication in peer reviewed journals, Jane has developed excellent communication skills.
Jane has maintained her professional development through regular CPD, and by undertaking post-graduate level study. She is currently completing her Certificate in Education incorporating Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector and NVQ Assessor Award.
